RIM faces new lawsuit over touchscreen patents

RIM is no stranger to lawsuits, they come and go. The latest lawsuit is aimed at not only RIM, but also Apple. It comes from a Texas shell company that is creatively named Touchscreen Patents. RIM has apparently infringed on this patent in the way that the BlackBerry PlayBook handles gestures like dragging across the screen, as well as single and double taps.
