RIM is no stranger to lawsuits, they come and go. The latest lawsuit is aimed at not only RIM, but also Apple. It comes from a Texas shell company that is creatively named Touchscreen Patents. A patent here, a lawsuit there. RIM's latest patent issues fall to their use of Emoticons on devices.
