Personally speaking, trying to lose the remaining pounds to get to your goal weight is just as hard as the first week or so of losing weight. Sometimes, you just have to pull out all of the stops and make use of any type of help available. It could be as simple as having an extra bit of motivation, or coaching, to help you push through that barrier. Something as basic as knowing your progress...
