Dont download if you have ATT, Mic does not work with this OS, found out the hard way, downgraded back to the .437

Arrrghhhhhhhh! It's not as if us ATT customers can overlook the mic issue! Sometimes I have it with an update, sometimes not. What is the reason for such a persistent, carrier-specific glitch? You would think there would be some sort of work around by now.
