N.O.V.A. 3 is the latest game released for the BlackBerry 10 OS by Gameloft. Back in May at BlackBerry World they announced there would be a total of eleven games available for BlackBerry 10 either at launch or shortly thereafter, and N.O.V.A. 3 is the 6th of those. Available so far are: Shark Dash, Ice Age Village, Oregon Trail, UNO, and Asphalt 7.

If you're not familiar with N.O.V.A. 3, it's a fast-paced sci-fi action shooter that takes up soon after N.O.V.A. 2's end. You can grab it now in BlackBerry World for just $.99, quite a bit less than on other platforms.

Gameloft releases N.O.V.A. 3 for BlackBerry 10

Wow! The good titles have been pouring in. Can't wait for the USA to release BB10 (T-MO)... The online BBWorld shows that the file size is 2GB. Its time for me to invest in a 64GB card.

Damn. That'll suck if its true. Although not all games take up 2GB of space. But, 2GB out of the 11 or so GB's free on the built in space makes it very limiting. Don't you think?

I have a 64 GB memory card installed in my Z10.

Unfortunately, all applications are restricted to the internal storage space while music, videos, documents, etc. can be put on both.

SD cards are hot-swap capable, and installing an application onto a card, then removing that card while the phone is on would probably lead to some significant problems.

It's too bad as I'm already down to 7.5 GB of free internal storage space.

Oh, that is too bad -- I hope they can address it. I haven't got an SD card yet, but that really will be limiting in the not-very-long run.

I see I only have 9.4 gb left, I just got the phone Sunday. I've only downloaded apps already available from previous PlayBook purchases, plus a couple of games since. It will only take a few more favourites till it's full, then.

Darn, maybe I should have waited for a 64 gb model. Can always cycle through the apps, I guess. I probably won't keep every game I ever play.

(Edit: Then again, I can see why it's not an option, it would make copying apps far too easy, unless they could add some level of security/encryption.)

We've been asking for this feature since OS 5.0 if not earlier - to no avail naturally - and I'm honestly surprised that BB didn't address this in BB10 given its emphasis on its graphical power and the push that occurred for higher quality (larger files) and higher quality (larger files) applications. Now, more than ever, we need to be able to store applications, and run them, from the SD Card in addition to the phone.

Either that, or at a launch, there should have been 16, 32, 64, 126 gig versions available.

I agree internal memory should have been 32GB from launch as for SD cards one thing to remember is internal memory access speed will always be faster than external memory. So people who use cheaper SD cards would have huge lag problems.

1 month to go hope this has multi player my k-d in nova 2 was like 2.11 before I stopped playing but it was really alot of fun

Oh my the titles are pouring in! I'm very sad that Not One of these are available for PLAYBOOK though. Its really depressing.

cant wait for usa release so i can play nova 3, played nova 2 on playbook and got rank 75 worlwide but havent played it in 2months

Ahhh!! My z10 battery died before the game installed (it's like 1.8 gb) - I feel asleep last night and I can't take it out of the download cue in BB World. Has anyone had this problem with any apps that get stuck in the install process. I can't pause it, re-start it or delete it. Help!!!

Game is now listed for $6.99 on BB World in the search results.

When you actually view the game details the green download button reads: $0.99

When you review the payment details it is indeed $6.99. What's the deal?

I don't know why ppl are worried about the games on the Z10 not being able to move to the SD Card it's the exact same way on Android 4.1 & above. 16gb should be plenty of room even if it doesn't seem like it. I have 16gb of space on my Galaxy Note 2 & the only way I run out of room is if I have a bunch of large games installed. Just make sure that you are saving your music, video & photos to your SD Card (larger card the better obviously) & then you have 16gb minus the memory taken up by the OS. 16gb worth of games should be plenty for most ppl because once you beat a game there's no sense in keeping it on your device. Do this & all should be great with your Z10 with no real worries about space. - KID ANDROID ( Team Android Canada)

16GB is enough anyways. My playbook is 16GB. I'm happy. I know how to manage applications I DON'T USE OR NEED. I delete them. Any I want, I re/install them. Some people are so anal. Give it a rest please.

Help ! Download keeps stalling on my Z10. Only happening for this game (over 1 GB). Keep re-starting but never seems to finish downloading. Freezes about half way through.
